Birthday Surprise for one of our customers.
Lorraine C, our Deputy Head of Care, and two of our Care Assistants, Lezah M and Ackeem H, surprised one of our customers today (6th July 2018) with a bouquet of flowers, card and a bespoke birthday cake on his 102nd birthday.
Our customer was surprised and very pleased with the visit. We have respected the family's wish for no photography.
