We are delighted to announce that we have received our latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) report following our recent inspections in April.

The CQC are an independent regulator of health and social care services in England who monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they are meeting fundamental standards of quality and safety.

Our recent inspection was carried out over two days on the 19th and 21st April 2016 and we are happy to say that we received an overall rating of ‘good’. Throughout the report we received some lovely feedback from our customers and staff. Here are a selection of some of the comments made by our customers and staff:

They never let (my relative) down, they always turn up when they should".
I don't do it for the money. I love being out supporting people".
They used to look after both myself and my wife until she died, she received excellent care and they still look after me well".

Principal Andrew G and Director Charmaine Grech commented:

We are very pleased with our latest CQC report and continue to be extremely proud of the high standards of care our team provides to our customers every day. We would like to thank everyone for their loyalty, passion and commitment to delivering the very best homecare and support.”
