Some recognition for our devoted care staff...

Thanks to everyone who has helped to set up the new package in Newquay. It is great to know that we have enabled our customer to return home after an extended stay in hospital.
 
Many thanks to the team that support our complex care package in Perrancoombe. There is always extremely positive feedback about his care and as a team you all work really well with each other to ensure that the rota is covered and that the best possible service is provided.
 
Fiona would also like to thank Heidi Crago for her ongoing support, flexibility and dedication!
 
Sadly one of our customers in Perranporth passed away this month, but her sister Joan would like to thank everyone who supported her so well over the past few years. She said that our customer saw her team as friends as well as Carers and Joan would not hesitate to recommend Bluebird Care to anyone.
 
Jeanette, the daughter of one of our Truro customers, came in to the office last week and expressed that on the day her father went into hospital, Rebecca Craze was 'outstanding' in the care she delivered and that she was very grateful that Becca had recognised her father's decreasing health throughout the day. Jeanette had nothing but compliments for all of the Truro team, and told us that his care team have been amazing all round and she could not be happier with the care her father has received. Well done all!

Huge thanks to Sharon Cowen, Tricia Soanes and Graham Nance who have all assisted our Supported Living customer in St Dennis to move into his new house this month – it was a big undertaking and everyone has worked really well together to help him – well done all!
