We provide our team with guaranteed contracted hours, NO ZERO HOURS CONTRACTS, excellent hourly rates of pay, mileage allowance and have a passion for supporting our teams career progression aspirations!
We currently have both full-time and part-time hours to offer with flexible shifts that fit around your life with guaranteed hours to support our customers in REDRUTH, TRURO & ST AUSTELL!
You are expected to travel so you must have a Full Driving Licence and access to your own reliable vehicle.
No experience necessary as full training will be provided, we have found individuals with Retail, Hospitality and Customer Service experience have great transferable skills to become an amazing support worker. We also welcome those with previous Health Care Assistant/support work experience.

As a Care Worker, you will provide care and support to meet the individual needs of each customer promoting their independence and dignity. The tasks we support with include, providing companionship, helping with social visits and days out, meal preparation, shopping, medication prompting and housekeeping.
