Raising money, racing, walking and dressing up all in one night!
Bluebird Care Mid Essex Team - Did it!!!
Our team competing in the Haven Hospice race4life was a massive achievement, following the pandemic. Raising money and awareness for such a worthwhile, local charity gave us such a buzz! The atmosphere on the night was AMAZING, so many local businesses taking part, different ages, some running and others walking, what-ever their ability and speed, there was a Haven Hospice volunteer on every corner, spurring and encouraging us with their happy positive faces!
Not only did we raise money and awareness for Haven’s Hospice, but it was also a really good team building exercise, we all had fun dressing up and representing Bluebird Care Mid Essex
Currently we have raised £195 on our justgiving page, and still counting!
We won 1st place and a trophy for the Best Fancy Dress!
