Bluebird Care Awards 2024 Finalists Announced!

The Bluebird Care Awards 2024 are just around the corner. In this Newsletter, contains who our finalists are and what comes next. Congratulations to all nominees!

We are thrilled to announce the Bluebird Care Awards 2024, celebrating the outstanding achievements of our colleagues. Several members from branches across the network have been nominated in various categories based on customer feedback, colleague input, office and field relationships, attendance records, tenure, and exceptional contributions beyond their duty of care. We are proud to recognise our highly skilled staff and show our appreciation.

This year, we are delighted to announce that four of our nominees have been selected to attend the final selection process. Diana Bonorchis, Grace Moyo, Anna Jaskula, and Natasha Smith will attend the regional meeting in Bath on the 10th of July for the final interview and selection process.

Winners in three standard categories will be invited to the Bluebird Care Conference at Belfry in September. With 600 nominations across the network, it will be a tough selection process, but we are confident in the hard work of our staff.

For the National Awards, Leanne Willcox from Portsmouth and Anna Jaskula from Ringwood are nominated for Care Expert of the Year. Grace Moyo from New Forest and Becky Taylor from Central Services are nominated for Team Member of the Year. Emma Monteith from New Forest is nominated for RM of the Year.

For the Regional Awards, Caroline Jones from Totton Live-in and Diana Bonorchis from Totton Live-in are nominated for the Live-in Care Award. Natasha Smith from Totton is nominated for the Customer Care Award. Jasmine Bell from Central Services is nominated for Team Player of the Year.
