Back in November we launched our winter warmth campaign, where we delivered blankets & temperature cards to our customers during the cold spell.

The purpose of the campaign was to encourage older people, their families, friend and neighbours to think WARMTH over the winter months to help people stay warm and even save lives.

We had some great feedback from our customers who recieved our blankets, which included:

“Thank you for my blanket, it will keep me nice and warm when I am sitting in the lounge reading. It was a nice surprise to receive a blanket for the winter and just before Christmas”  NW Ely

“Thank you very much for my blanket, it will keep me nice and warm in bed. I feel very lucky to receive a nice surprise”  MS Ely
Speaking about the campaign, Carolyn Dailey director of Bluebird Care Newmarket & Fenland said:

We are thrilled with the wonderful feedback we had from our customers, cold weather can be a real danger to our customers so we were determined to help our residents stay safe and warm this winter."
