Mentor Meeting at our Ely hub

We've recently held a meeting for our team mentors.

We’ve recently held a mentor meeting in our care hub at our Ely office.

Responsible for helping our fledgling Care Assistants, our team mentors provide valuable support and practical training to show them how our high standard should be maintained throughout their career with Bluebird Care.

The mentor meeting was very successful and will ensure our mentors are providing the best ongoing support they can.
