Bluebird Care supports the Dementia Friends Programme

Ray Morrison, Owner & Director of Bluebird Care Newport & South Monmouthsire joined others training with the Alzheimers Society today and he is now a Dementia Friends Champion.

The Dementia Friends Programme is an Alzheimer's Society initiative aimed at changing people's perceptions of dementia.
Dementia Friends Champions are trained volunteers who encourgae others to learn more about dementia and what it's like to live with the condition. Ray said "I'm very proud to be a Dementia Friends Champion and will be arranging as many Information Sessions as I can to help make Newport a Dementia Friendly Community."
