Chatting happily to the camera after a long day’s shift, she is upbeat and enthusiastic about the day she’s just had. She says “I took one lady to the hairdressers this morning. That took 2 hours because she loves to have a little chat with everyone that’s in there, but that’s absolutely fine and that’s what she wanted to do today!”
 
Hayley then goes on to reflect on why she likes the job itself. She says “What better job to have than to just chat to someone and give them company. That’s one of the reasons that I absolutely love being a carer is that it’s so laid back, it’s one-to-one, and everyone wants you.”
 
Praising Bluebird Care Bournemouth for their great company culture, she then adds “The communication from Bluebird is absolutely fantastic, I’m definitely going to be staying with this company for a very long time. The support system you can’t fault at all, it’s amazing. I would really, really advise anyone that’s thinking of care to come to Bluebird.”
