We have recently launched our new #Morethan recruitment campaign. A career with Bluebird Care is so much #Morethan you believe!

Bluebird Care Northallerton, Thirsk and Catterick is showcasing how working in home care can be more than just a job, through their new #MoreThan… recruitment campaign

Bluebird Care Northallerton, Thirsk and Catterick is celebrating their hardworking and dedicated workforce by showcasing how care assistants do so much #MoreThan. A career in care is so much #MoreThan just sharing a cup of tea, it’s #MoreThan providing personal care, it’s a worthwhile, valued career path.

We are looking to expand our excellent team of care assistants across Hambleton and Richmondshire and hope our new #MoreThan recruitment campaign highlights how a career in social care can be the most rewarding job anyone ever does. The #MoreThan… campaign, supported by Bluebird Care’s franchise support centre, aims to highlight the joy a career in social care can bring and change perceptions –it’s more than just personal care, it’s about forming relationships with customers.

Following the recent challenges encountered across the sector by the Covid-19 pandemic, the demand for care at home has never been higher – the aging population is rapidly increasing, alongside more people choosing to live at home – with more complex health conditions, that require specialist care – such as dementia care.

Our #MoreThan campaign aims to highlight how working in care can be rewarding, valued and how it is #MoreThan personal care and #MoreThan just a chat.

Heather Price, Director of Bluebird Care Northallerton, Thirsk and Catterick commented:

“This new recruitment drive aims to highlight how a job in social care can be #morethan just a job – it’s a career where you can feel valued, knowing you are making a difference to someone’s day – working in your local community.

“At Bluebird Care Northallerton, Thirsk and Catterick we offer our care assistants a range of benefits, including one of the highest rates of pay in the area at £12.00 per hour and £18.00 per hour on bank holidays.
