Introducing Kerry, Our New Registered Manager

Meet Kerry Daly, the registered manager at Bluebird Care Northallerton, Thirsk and Catterick.

This week, we have had a very new exciting addition to the team: Kerry Daly, our new Registered Manager. 

An Introduction from Kerry

Hello All,

It is lovely to take the opportunity to introduce myself and say hello to both customers and your families. I have heard the most heart warming and complimentary feedback about you all and you are the very reason we pride ourselves on the care and support we provide.

I understand that the past 2 years have been challenging for us all and many people have felt lonely, isolated, and vulnerable throughout the pandemic. However, as we approach what seems to be the other side of this crisis I want you to all know you are not alone and we are here to support in anyway we can.

I look forward to the coming months and doing home visits with you all and getting  to know you and your families better. I really hope you enjoy this edition of our newsletter and thank you all for your loyalty and custom over the last number of years.

Kerry's Background in Care

Kerry has worked in the Care Industry for 10 Years, before this Kerry worked as Senior Management in the Hospitality Industry. Hailing from Dublin, Ireland, Kerry moved to Yorkshire in January 2020. Kerry has a Level 8 BA (Hons) Degree in Social Science and a Level 5 Diploma in Care Skills and Care Management and a Level 5 Diploma in Journalism and Public Relations. Kerry started her career in Domiciliary Care as a Care Coordinator and quickly worked her way up. Kerry has worked as Registered Care Manager for 7 Years and love to provide the best quality care and keep people happy in their homes for as long as possible.

She shares Bluebird Care's vision of ‘Home is where the heart is’ and believes in delivering the kindest care. She extends this caring approach to her colleagues and works with them to deliver high quality care to customers in a way which they gain the most support to allow them to live a happy and meaningful life in their own homes.

In her spare time Kerry likes to travel and spend time with her family and friends. Kerry enjoys socialising and has a passion for the theatre and a love for all things Strictly Come Dancing.
