A senior care assistant is an important role and part of the Bluebird Care Career Pathway. It is recognition of experience, knowledge, qualification, commitment and dedication to high standards of care delivery. Senior care assistants are highly experienced and their role is to ensure delivery of the highest standard of care, to lead complex care delivery and to mentor their care colleagues.
 
Trudy has been part of the Bluebird Care team for just over 4 years. She has gained excellent experience in the delivery of complex care and is always reliable and committed to providing high quality care.
 
Yvette has been promoted due to her consistent high level of performance, as well as her dedication to ensuring quality care and commitment to learning, having successfully completed her Level 3 as part of her personal development with Bluebird Care.
 
Monica has helped to care at Bluebird Care for over 3 years and is an asset to the team. Monica demonstrates commitment to her customers, great experience and love for Dementia care and is a great support to our less experienced colleagues.
