Our Health & Wellbeing Checks are championed by two members of staff and we are proud to introduce Aidan, who will be carrying out checks with our staff & customers!
Aidan has received training on how to carry out our Health & Wellbeing Checks and will be visiting customers to carry them out. He is passionate about the new service and keen to see the difference it will make.
Aidan joined the team after working in a cafe and thought that care would be a very rewarding route. He only popped into the office to drop off a letter for someone and on his first day shadowing knew the job was for him within the first 10 seconds!
Aidan will be working alongside his colleague Sarah, who will also be carrying out the checks and is looking forward to getting started. The first checks we will be carrying out are with our fantastic staff team!
I think that this service is an excellent idea and brilliant option for our customers. As well as further helping them remain at home for longer, it is also a great opportunity for me to develop in my role and I am looking forward to getting started!
