Happy Easter To Our Team

Innovating Through openPASS
We strive to deliver an extremely high standard of care to our customers and seek to use technology to innovate wherever possible as we do this. We are delighted to announce that we use openPASS which is a leading system that enables relatives and friends to view care notes through a secure app on their phone or by logging in online.

We have a comprehensive training programme for our team of incredible Care Assistants and this week our local nursing team from Nutricia visited to deliver some training on PEG feeding.

Supporting National Conversation Week
We are supporting National Conversation Week particularly because of the difference that we know social interaction makes to our customers; many of whom are older people. Our Care Assistants not only help with the physical aspects of care, but the emotional wellbeing of our customers as well and this is why conversation is so important.
