Zoe joined Bluebird Care in June this year having no previous care experience and although she has only been with us for a short time has shown enthusiasm and willingness to learn from day one. We feel Zoe has settled into the team very well and is always willing to go that extra mile with her customers and quite often helps with covering calls outside of her availability in the event of sickness or holidays. 

Zoe displays a can-do attitude and is always very informative when it comes to raising concerns to the office. The feedback that we receive from customers and other care workers regarding Zoe’s delivery of care is always positive.
