Step Out for Stroke

Bluebird Care (St. Helens) Raised a Fantastic £550.00 for the Stroke Association The Stroke Association had its annual fund raising walk on the 25 June 2015 at Victoria Park in St Helens

 The Step Out for Stroke  event at Victoria Park, St Helens was very well supported by people from all over the area.

 The Stroke Association were very pleased with the amount of people that came along to support the event and the bright sunshine was just what was need to make this a most enjoyable day.

 Jan wants to thank all the friends, family and businesses that supported Bluebird Care in raising money for the Stroke Association.

 Allen said that as soon as all the donations were collected he and Lynne will present the cheque to the Stroke Association in St Helens.

Cheque for £550.00 presented to Marie Powner of the Stroke Association

On Friday the 10 July 2015 Allen, Sharon and Pearl presented Marie Powner a cheque for £550.00 at their office in Alexandra Business Park, St Helens.

Marie said that this was a fantastic amount of money that will help the Stroke Association prevent Strokes through education and research.

Finally Allen and Jan want to thank all the people who gave so generously to this very worthy cause and Bluebird Care (St Helens) will remain involved with the Stroke Association.
