CQC Rate Bluebird Care Stafford As 'Good'

We are delighted to announce that we have received an overall “Good” rating in the Care Quality Commission (CQC) report following their recent inspection in March 2017.

We are delighted to announce that we have received an overall “Good” rating in the Care Quality Commission (CQC) report following their recent inspection in March 2017.
 
The CQC are an independent regulator of health and social care services in England who monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they are meeting fundamental standards of quality and safety.

We received the overall good rating for all five key components that the CQC look at which are – Caring, Effective, Well-Led, Safe, and Responsive. The results were published on the CQC website on the 10th April and gives the public access to the information and ratings about the service we provide.

Throughout the report we received some lovely feedback from our customers, their relatives and staff members. Below are a few of the comments made:

Customers and relatives comments:
I am definitely safe with the staff... I am very happy with them, they are like extended family...  
The staff stay for the full time and are never late... I think they are very well trained, they're brilliant.
It seems to be well managed and they make life a lot easier for me... Nothing could be improved and I would recommend them to anyone.
Staff member comments:
The management are great, they are very supportive.
We are supported to develop and gain qualifications. I have a level two diploma and am near the end of completing level three.
