We know that many elderly members of our community go without any form of interaction and are completely alone with nobody to talk to for weeks on end. We want to eradicate the loneliness and spread the message that every visit counts and every person counts. Regardless of age, it’s still important to have fun and do the things that you enjoy.
Our purpose to hold an Easter Bingo and Afternoon Tea event is to bring our customers, carers, friends and families together to engage in a fun filled day. The day was a complete success with hot cross buns going down a real treat and prizes for the winners of bingo and the Easter quiz, not to mention the musical entertainment!! Thank you to our carer Siobhan and her husband Paul, for kindly lending us a record player and records from the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s.
