We always aim to improve our services, and our Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey helps us understand what our customers truly think.

At Bluebird Care, we are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care and support for our customers. To ensure we consistently meet your expectations, we conducted our annual Customer Satisfaction Survey in October 2024.

We are delighted to share that 90% of our customers rated our service as Outstanding or Good, with 100% expressing satisfaction with their involvement in planning their care. This feedback highlights the trust and confidence placed in our team and motivates us to continue delivering person-centred, compassionate care.

Some of the wonderful comments we received include:

The care that is provided to Dad today is the same as it was on day one.

Bluebird communicates well, and the team is always professional and supportive.

Supports Mum to live in her own home. The coffee mornings are good for socialising.

Reliable in timekeeping and very understanding of individual needs.

Listens to your service users’ needs and tailor-makes a plan to help keep the user as independent as possible.

Our survey has also highlighted opportunities for improvement, and we are taking steps to address this feedback. From increasing carer continuity to improving schedule clarity, we are committed to ensuring our services remain responsive and reliable.
