Sue joined the Bluebird Care flock in 2021 and within this time Sue has progressed to Care Mentor where she supports and supervises our new recruits, Sue has also completed the Train the Trainer Dementia Awareness Course, which allows her to deliver person centred Dementia Care training to our team. In October Sue began supporting a new customer who has a diagnosis of Dementia, Sue has made such a positive impact not only to Mrs X but also to her family.
