We are pleased to say a huge big well done to Yvonne who has been awarded our Care Assistant of the month award for May!It is extremely important to recognise the hard work and dedication of our staff throughout their career with us and each month, one member of staff is nominated to receive the award that recognizes things such as their commitment, dedication, compliments from customers and much more.
Yvonne, who chose to work in care because it is a job all about people's lives and has worked in healthcare since 1991, received the award due to how she continually goes above and beyond in her role of Care Assistant.
Care Manager, Claire, said:
Yvonne is an excellent Care Assistant and shows such dedication in her role. She is calm, confident and cheerful whilst also being extremely good at what she does.
Upon receiving the award, Yvonne commented:
I really enjoy my role. In particular, interacting with our customers and learning about their fascinating lives which are all so different!
I have worked in various healthcare roles since 1991, starting as a cleaner in a care home before joining Bluebird Care. It is really lovely to be selected as Care Assistant of the month!
Our Care Assistant of the month award is reviewed the last week of each month and announced in the first week of the following month. Each Care Assistant of the month receives a certificate and vouchers to recognize and thank them for their hard work.
