Raising Funds For Age UK Tunbridge Wells

We have recently held the second of two fundraising days for our chosen charity Age UK Tunbridge Wells in Tunbridge Wells town centre and are delighted to have been able to raise funds for such a worthwhile cause!
We have recently held the second of two fundraising days for our chosen charity Age UK Tunbridge Wells in Tunbridge Wells town centre and are delighted to have been able to raise funds for such a worthwhile cause!We had great weather again and were joined by Care Assistant Sofia who collected money from the generous people of Tunbridge Wells.
As our customers live in the community, it is important for us to support local causes and Age UK Tunbridge Wells have a number of services that support older people in our community. This includes a specialist day centre for people living with dementia and lots of friendly advice and infomation.
Care Manager, Claire Stanley, explained that:
I think it is excellent that we have the ouuprtunity to take some time out of our busy day to raise funds for such a great local cause that is close to the hearts of many of our customers.
Age UK Tunbridge Wells do an excellent job in supporting many older people and we are pleased to support them in every way that we can.
We are in the final stages of planning our next fundraising activity, due to be held in the next few months!
