We are delighted to announce that Care Assistant Sofia has been awarded Care Assistant of the month! Sofia was presented with the award as she is always willing to help out and is incredibly reliable. She loves her job as Care Assistant and regularly receives compliments from customers.

In particular, Sofia knows her customers so well that she is able to help advise on call should there be any issues and how to best handle situations.
In addition, Sofia is extremely flexible with her work, always adapting to change with a smile.
