First Family Funday A Great Success

We recently held our very first family funday for our incredible team of Care Assistants and their families at Sunnyside Hall in Rusthall and it was a great success.
We recently held our very first family funday for our incredible team of Care Assistants and their families at Sunnyside Hall in Rusthall and it was a great success.We were joined by around 30 members of staff including their children, who enjoyed each other's company as well as some competition on the large inflatable fun run and (possibly slightly too well cooked) BBQ food.
We believe it is important to support our staff and are proud to be able to have put on this event for them as they work hard providing much needed care support to our customers.
Care Manager, Claire, commented:
Our team work incredibly hard providing the care support that they do to our customers and it was lovely to be able to spend time with them outside of a working environment.
As our first carers funday, it was a great success and particularly lovely to see a number of staff bringing their children along also.

I have been part of the Bluebird Care team following joining from Portugal where I chose to work as a Care Assistant in Tunbridge Wells. Bluebird Care is not like any other company and I have a great team to work with here.
Everyone who works here has a genuine care for both staff and customers alike. It is wonderful that they would put on this event for the Care Assistants and it was very well received!
