Announcing Our Community Care Assistant Of The Year

We are incredibly proud to announce that our Community Care Assistant of the year is Regine! Regine received the largest percentage of votes from customers, who were asked who they would line to nominate as Care Assistant of the year. Regine received a certificate along with a box of chocolates and flowers from Care Manager Claire. Claire also booked a treat for her to enjoy a meal at the Ritz in London!
We are incredibly proud to announce that our Community Care Assistant of the year is Regine! Regine received the largest percentage of votes from customers, who were asked who they would line to nominate as Care Assistant of the year.Regine has a significant amount of experience in healthcare and has been a member of the team since shortly after we opened.
After starting her training as a nurse in France, Regine decided to move to the UK and work as a Care Assistant. She has worked as a Care Assistant in the Horder Centre, Crowborough, Kent & Sussex Hospital and then a nursing home for over 10 years.
Regine took a short career break and joined our team because she wanted to get back into working within care. We continually receive compliments form her customers and one compliment reads:
Regine is a great all round Care Assistant. She is lovely and always does a good job!

I love my role as a Care Assistant and the award came as a complete surprise to me! I love seeing a smile on the face of my customers and they regularly say how much my visits mean to them.
