Each month we recognise one member of staff who has stood out in their approach to the role of Care Assistant and we are proud to announce that Veronica has been recognised as our Care Assistant of the month for April! Veronica received the award as recognition for her ongoing diligence and commitment to the role of Care Assistant.

Veronica received the award as recognition for her ongoing diligence and commitment to the role of Care Assistant.
In the snow earlier this year, she pushed through to make sure all her customers were visited and even offered to help out with extra visits if they were needed.
She always wears a smile and is incredibly passionate about her customers!
Operations Manager Clare explained:
I would like to thank Veronica for the way she supported customers in the snow earlier this year and the ongoing willingness that she shows to help out every day.
