Customer Outing With Nicola

We recently arranged for Care Assistant Jolanta to spend some time with customer Nicola over a cup of tea and slice of cake! Our customer outings are a great opportunity for Care Assistants to enjoy some time with our customers and we are proud to arrange them every other month throughout the year.

The care support we provide is more than just physical as many of our customers will only see our Care Assistants throughout the day.
Operations Manager Clare commented:
Nicola is one of our younger customers and had a great time with Jolanta. We provide lots of opportunities for customers to spend time away from the home and Nicola really benefits from this.
Spending time away from the home is really important for the wellbeing of our customers and we carefully pick those who will benefit most for our customer outings.
As well as our regular customer outings, we are looking forward to heading over to the coast with our customers in the summer!
