Each month we recognise one member of staff who has stood out in their approach to the role of Care Assistant and we are proud to announce that Merce has been recognised as our Care Assistant of the month for May! Merce is always striving to deliver the highest standard of care to our customers and does so in a patient, cheerful manner. She is very deserving of this award.
