Lunch Out With Live-in Customer Ann

We believe that it is important to go above and beyond in every way possible for our customers and this is why we have our customer outing initiative, which is where our Care Assistants can choose to take their customer out for a treat at no cost to the customer. Recently, Care Assistant Bozenna took a trip out with her customer Ann to Imli in Southborough for a delightful Turkish meal. The restaurant offers fine Turkish dining, which was a real treat for both Ann and Bozenna

Our customer outings are extremely important for us as they help those who may otherwise find it difficult to get out and about to do so.
Following the outing, Bozenna got in touch to thank us for arranging such a lovely time. She explained that Ann was very pleased with the trip out!
