We would like to congratulate Ilona, who has received our Community Care Assistant Of The Month Award! Ilona has excelled in her role over the past couple of weeks and we have received some excellent compliments from her customers about her approach.

Her customers in particular, have asked for her to visit them on a regular basis and we feel that this reflects the high quality of care support she provides them.
In addition, although she is new to care, Ilona has gained excellent knowledge about her role and this is something which she has applied through taking a learning approach.
