Congratulations Grace For Passing Your Probation!

It's another chance to celebrate here at Bluebird Care Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells as we recently congratulated Care Assistant Grace on the completion of her probation! We would like to thank Grace for choosing to build her career in care with us here at Bluebird Care Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells and we look forward to many more celebrations to come.
It's another chance to celebrate here at Bluebird Care Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells as we recently congratulated Care Assistant Grace on the completion of her probation!Each member of the team completes a full in-house induction course along with shadowing before visiting their customers and throughout their probationary period they have additional supervisions plus support to complete their Care Certificate.
Grace has now completed her Care Certificate and excelled in her role with the team! She is passionate about care, loves her customers and her customers love her!
We would like to thank Grace for choosing to build her career in care with us here at Bluebird Care Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells and we look forward to many more celebrations to come.

Grace really has excelled throughout her probationary period. She has demonstrated a passion for care and her customers along with taking a learning approach that has supported her in gaining some key skills that have helped her in the support she provides her customers.
