We are delighted to have popped out to visit Care Assistant Marion, who has been recognised as Care Assistant Of The Month for Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells!
Marion, who was a finalist for the Great British Care Awards South East Region in 2019, is a truly inspirational Care Assistant who always strives to deliver an excellent standard of care to her customers.
Marion will always look for opportunities to go above and beyond for her customers. The feedback we receive from them is extremely complimentary and one particular customer who we recently received some very positive feedback from was Barbara.
Barbara particularly wanted to compliment Marion for how she does such a brilliant job cooking meals for her in the slow cooker and preparing for the rest of the week as well.
We arranged to surprise Marion when she visited Barbara and Barbara was absolutely honoured to present her with this month's award!
Marion is an fantastic Care Assistant and tremendous credit to our team! We are delighted to have been able to surprise her and for Barbara to have presented this award!
