Supporting MS Awareness Week 22nd - 28th April
We are marking MS Awareness Week which, runs from 22nd – 28th April to raise awareness of the condition and support the important work the Multiple Sclerosis Trust & Multiple Sclerosis Society do throughout the year. One person we support with MS is Nicola, who finds it difficult to get out and about so recently arranged for her Care Assistant Ljubitsa to take her out for lunch as part of our free customer outings. We would like to thank Nicola for allowing us to use her photograph as part of this story.

Happy Easter From Bluebird Care Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells
We would like to thank our team for the dedication and passion that they show and particularly in giving up some time over the bank holiday weekend to support their customers. Parkinson's Awareness Day: David's Story
A number of our customers are living with Parkinson's Disease and we are proud to support Parkinson’s Awareness Day on 11th June and share some insights into the disease. We recently spent some time with customer David and his Live-in Care Assistant Tom to find out a little more about living with Parkinson's. Presenting Our Community Grant
We are delighted to announce that our first community grant for 2019 was awarded to Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust for an event they are holding during Dementia Action Week in May. The event will be open to all emergency services and have the goal of empowering along with educating them about dementia as well as providing information on the pathways and support available to them.

Sandra Recognised As Community Care Assistant Of The Month!
We would like to say a big congratulations to Sandra, who has been recognised as our Community Care Assistant of the month for Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells. Sandra popped into the office and was awarded a certificate, presented with a box of chocolates along with some vouchers to say thank you for everything that she does.

Celebrating Five Years With Nicola
We are delighted to have recently celebrated Training Manager Nicola's fifth work anniversary with the team here at Bluebird Care! Nicola delivers the induction and supplementary training that all staff receive in an informative, fun and engaging manner. She is passionate about her role and a true asset to the team.

Fawzi Annouced As Live-in Care Assistant Of The Month
We are proud to announce that Fawzi has received our Live-in Care Assistant of the Month award for March in recognition of excellence in his role, One family in particular has commented that "Dad is very pleased with the care Fawzi has been providing this week and would like to have him again". This is one demonstration of the difference that Fawzi makes.
