Care Assistant Carole Thanked For Five Years Of Service!
We are delighted to have recently celebrated with Care Assistant Carole, who has recently marked her fifth work anniversary with us here at Bluebird Care Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells. Carole is an extremely valued member of the team and we recently invited her into the office to collect a thank you treat in the form of a bottle of bubbly and box of chocolates.

Payroll & Invoice Officer Maria Celebrates Her Second Work Anniversary!
Maria has a strong background in finance and she has decided to use her skills and time go serve a purpose that gives her a sense of fulfillment. Speaking with customers and getting to know them, even for a very short interval, is what she enjoys about her job. She feels that helping people, either directly or indirectly, can be a source of peace for both mind and heart.

Live in Care Assistant Ana Celebrates Her Third Work Anniversary!
Before joining the Bluebird Care team, Ana had experience as a Teaching Assistant. This equipped her with some crucial skills that she now uses every day in her role. Now, as part of the Bluebird Care team, Ana lives with customers in their own homes to provide round the clock care. We recently celebrated her third work anniversary and are proud to have work alongside her!

Launching Our 2019 Community Grant Scheme!
Our grants have helped launch new schemes, maintain groups and prevent them closing as well as helping hundreds of people to enjoy some special time together. In 2019, we are relaunching our Community Grant Scheme with some new criteria and are delighted to announce that we will be awarding our grants of £250 throughout the year.

Live in Care Assistant Maisie Recognised As Care Assistant Of The Month!
This month we need to give one of our Live-in Care Assistants, Maisie, a congratulations as she has been recognised as Live in Care Assistant of the month for November in Maidstone. Maisie has been recognised with this award for her continuous hard work, even when she has been working and focusing on one customer, she has still gone out of her way to support the office and solve a dilemma they had.

Launching Our Keep Warm Keep Well Campaign
As a community care provider, our aim to support does not extend to just extend just to our customers. Our goal is to be of support to everyone in our community and one way that we do this is by providing tips and advice. We are therefore launching our winter #KeepWarmKeepWell campaign to remind our community about the importance of remaining safe during the winter months.

Christmas Come Early!
Christmas came early for customers at Bluebird Care Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells this week, as a group of our customers were treated for Christmas Lunch at The Vauxhall Inn in Tonbridge. The local venue served up their legendary Christmas meal, which is sure to leave the customers reminiscing about roast potatoes and pigs in blankets for the rest of the year.
