We spent the day raising funds and awareness for Breast Cancer Awareness Month by participating in this year's #WearItPink.

What is Wear It Pink?

Wear It Pink, created by Breast Cancer Now, is a brilliant way to show your support for the ongoing research conducted by the Breast Cancer Now charity. Funds raised for Breast Cancer Now through Wear It Pink or otherwise pay for vital life-changing research that will help thousands of people. The aim is that by 2050, everyone with a diagnosis of breast cancer will get to live and live well.

How did we show our support?

We hosted our very own Wear It Pink afternoon tea at our office. We welcomed staff, customers, and our customer's families to enjoy a delicious spread to raise funds for Breast Cancer Now.

Our office team kindly used their free time to whip up some delicious desserts, including homemade fudge, cheesecake, and cupcakes. It all went down a treat! We're pleased to have raised £85 during our afternoon tea with the help of our team and generous customers.

Breast cancer affects around 56,000 people every year in the UK. With the help of Breast Cancer Now, we can help eliminate the devastation it causes for so many families. You can visit Breast Cancer Now's website to learn more about breast cancer, its causes, and how you can support their research.
