Bluebird Care Sandwell Halloween Surprise

Today our registered manager and office team surprised some of our customers by visiting them with spooky treats for Halloween.

Today our Registered manager and office team surprised some of our customers by visiting them with spooky treats for Halloween. Our customers were over the moon with the surprise and some of them even cried. 

Mrs Harper (West Bromwich) said it was such a wonderful surprise she could have cried.

Mr Nicholls (Tipton) was bought to tears and used his communication board to spell out how much it meant to him.

Kayleigh Martin (Registered Manager) said with the cold weather and darker days setting in we wanted to do something nice for our customers to lift their spirits and remind them how valued they are. It's safe to say they were all thrilled with the surprise visit.

"It was a honour being able to do something like this with my team. Knowing we have made a difference to someone's day or even week makes it all worth while. We are a community and we know that not everyone can participate in celebrations so we take the celebrations to them instead".
