We are delighted to announce that Nicola Boyce has scooped our first ever ‘Mentor of the Year Award’.

Nicola has been a Mentor since the scheme launched in 2016 and during that time we have received countless positive feedback about how she supports, nurtures and develops our talented team of care assistants.

Bluebird Care Director Peter Slough said: “Nicola has been instrumental in making our mentoring scheme the success it is today.

She helped develop and set up the scheme and we have fantastic feedback from the carers she has mentored. She is also extremely experienced in caring for people with dementia and is a valuable member of the Bluebird Care team. This award is very well deserved.”
