Head Office staff rewarded for 5 years loyal service

Our office staff are pretty dedicated. Two of our Supervisors and our two Care Co-ordinators have all recently received their 5 year service awards from owner, David Benjamin.

Our office staff are pretty dedicated. Two of our Supervisors and our two Care Co-ordinators have all recently received their 5 year service awards from owner, David Benjamin.

David Benjamin, owner of Bluebird Care Worcester and Wychavon has not only been delighted to present 2 of our longest serving carers with their 5 year service awards, but he is also proud to have presented 4 of our Head Office staff with their 5 year service awards too.

Supervisors Larraine Knight (pictured below with David and Registered Manager, Andy Toon) and Mel Fenton (pictured), along with Co-ordinators Michaela Phillips (pictured above) and Tracey Handy were recently presented with an overnight stay, dinner and Spa break at a luxury hotel for 2, by David.

David is very proud to have such a caring, dedicated and long serving team who have supported him from the very start of his business.  Not only do the office team look after all our carers, they continue to regularly cover care calls themselves, ensuring that all our customers remain happy and comfortable.

The team continues to develop and help grow the business and is looking forward to further growth and expansion, currently moving into the North Cotswold areas, serving Chipping Campden and surrounding villages, Evesham and Pershore and looking forward to future growth into the Droitwich area.
