Several years ago, Fran discovered her passion for caring for individuals from all walks of life, whether providing support to the elderly, assisting adults with learning disabilities, or helping them integrate into their communities. Fran’s journey began as a Care Assistant, a role that allowed her to connect deeply with those she supported. Through dedication and hard work, she was soon promoted to Team Leader in Cambridge.

Seeking new experiences, Fran traveled to Australia, where she spent a year working as a Care Assistant in Sydney. This experience broadened her perspective on diverse care practices. After returning to the UK earlier this year, Fran made Brighton her new home and joined Bluebird Care as a Field Care Supervisor. In this role, she has had the opportunity to engage with people from various backgrounds and continue developing her skill set.

The happiness and smiles of those she cares for continue to drive and inspire Fran in this rewarding profession.
