Kirsty Sawyer, Customer Consultant
Kirsty has worked in care for the last 8 years with experience of nursing and residential care and also dementia care. Kirsty has worked as a care team leader and also as a team leader of an activities team. Providing outstanding care to give customers independence as much as possible is at the heart of Kirsty's care for others.
Zara Stephens, Compliance Support Professional
Zara has been working in the care industry for the past 5 years starting her career with Bluebird Care in 2018 and gained valuable experience in domiciliary care. Zara led our JET service working alongside the NHS. Zara's passion is dementia and left Bluebird Care to gain more experience in a specialised dementia residential/nursing home. Zara returned to Bluebird Care in 2022 as a Interim Customer Supervisor. Zara then moved over to the role of Compliance Support Professional to ensure we deliver consistent high quality care to our customers.
Tamsin Hudson, Dementia Care Adviser
Tamsin’s career moved into Dementia Healthcare in 2017 after gaining an NVQ3 in Dementia Care studies during the pandemic lockdowns, in her previous role as a Dementia Adviser in Oxfordshire. Prior to this, she had worked for many years as a CIPD qualified Human Resources Generalist, working in Education/Care settings. Tamsin has always been a people-focussed person so the move into person-centred Dementia Care has been a natural progression as well as somewhat of a passion. Tamsin is delighted to be able to continue using her specialist experience, skills and dementia knowledge, with our customers affected by dementia. She sees supporting and advising their family members as an extremely important side of her role in this new position with Bluebird Care in West Berkshire and North Hampshire.

With over 30 years of experience in the care sector and 5 years as a Registered Manager, Tracey specialised in supporting adults with learning disabilities. Throughout her career she have been dedicated to delivering high-quality care and creating environments defined by efficiency, compassion, and professionalism. Tracey has consistently led productive, high-performing teams with strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills to deliver exceptional service.
