Dementia Wellbeing
The Dementia Wellbeing team is run by Age UK Camden and provides practical and emotional support to meet your needs.
Dementia Befriending Service
If you're an older person with memory issues or dementia, living on your own and have no contact with other services & activities with little or no family & friends, a befriender can visit you at home on a weekly basis.
The Camden Town Shed
A national body which aims to reduce social isolation in older men. It aims to build social connections and friendships through bringing people together to pursue their practical interests and hobbies.
