After spending 10 years in retail and another 10 years working at two removal companies, Vicki felt the need for a change and decided to explore a career in care work. Having lost all her grandparents, she missed the days of helping them in their homes and sharing stories about the past. Vicki joined Bluebird Care over six years ago and has loved every moment since.

She started as a carer and, after two years, was promoted to Senior Carer. For the past three years, Vicki has served as the Care Assistant Supervisor. She enjoys supporting the carers, meeting with them for observations and supervisions, and simply checking in on how they’re doing. Vicki also continues to visit customers and cover care visits when needed, maintaining her connection with those receiving care.
