Annabel
Branch Manager
Annabel has been working in care for over 10 years, gaining experience in domiciliary care, nursing and residential care homes.
Her passion for looking after others shows through in her role as Supervisor, always supportive, caring and smiling!
Annabel has 3 sons who take up a lot of her time along with her dog Chewie. A very sociable person she loves spending time with friends and hosting BBQs and dinner parties.
Ailton
Care Coordinator
With exceptional experience in health and social care, Ailton has a wealth of experience supporting a variety of clients to remain independent in their own home.
Being promoted from Care Assistant to Care Coordinator after demonstrating a passion for customer service, Ailton is a much loved member of the Bluebird Care team.
Donna
Care Supervisor
Donna joined Bluebird Care in September 2021 as a Care Professional, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in the care sector. Her background has equipped her with a deep understanding of the needs of both clients and care teams.
With her extensive experience, Donna has now transitioned into a new role within our office as a Care Supervisor. In this position, she continues to apply her expertise to ensure high standards of care and support for our clients.
We are excited to have Donna in this leadership role, where her dedication and insight will greatly benefit our team and the community we serve.
Neville
Care Supervisor
Neville chose to join the Bluebird Care team after a desire to change career. With a degree in marketing and media, he also had a passion for giving back and wanted to put that at the centre of his career.
In his role as Care Supervisor, Neville is now able to spend time giving back to the community. He loves helping others and providing support not just to our customers, but his colleagues as they deliver much needed support.
Liz
Live-in Care Manager
Liz has worked in healthcare for 15 years, starting her career working as a community carer in Kent, then worked in a care home supporting adults with mental health before joining the Bluebird Care team.
The reason Liz chose to work in healthcare is that she enjoys making a difference to peoples lives.
Having worked in a managerial role with Bluebird Care for four years and completed a level five qualification in Health and social care, Liz brings a wealth of experience to the role of Live in Care Manager.
Liz works closely with the office team in supporting our live in staff and customers and visits our live in care staff weekly to provide support.
Also being passionate about providing our customers with an extremely high quality of support, Liz is extremely dedicated to her role and enabling our customers to remain at home for as long as possible.
Tracey
Live-in Care Supervisor
Tracey has been part of our team member at Bluebird Care for over 6 years starting her career as a Care Professional before progressing onto her role as Care Supervisor. Following her clear passion for Live-In care she has recently joined our Live-In Care team, working alongside our Live-In care manager.
Tracey was attracted to a role in healthcare because she is incredibly passionate about people. She loves the interaction that she has with our customers as well as the opportunity to invest in and help our Care Professionals build their careers in care.
She is proud to work for a leading provider of homecare and in particular, passionate about helping our customers remain at home for as long as possible.
Mel
Head of Learning and Development
Having worked in roles from Care Assistant to NVQ Assessor and gained over 15 years experience in the healthcare sector, Mel brings a wealth of knowledge to the team.
After starting a family, Mel applied to the team as a Care Assistant, however with her achievements as NVQ 2&3 in health and social care along with NVQ assessor and QA awards we decided to offer her the role of Training Manager.
Mel brings many new ways of learning and development to our franchise ensuring our carers and staff have the highest possible standard of training.
Kerry
Training & Development Supervisor
Kerry has a life long passion to care and support others
A level four qualification in Health and Social care gives kerry the perfect understanding and skills to carry out her role to an extremely high standard.
Kerry has recently moved on from her role as Care Supervisor to her now role as training & development supervisor to utilise her experience to support new and existing colleagues in their new and existing roles.
Sadie
Head of Recruitment and Retention
Sadie has worked in the healthcare sector since 2015, in care agencies, residential care homes, primary care as well as a GP surgery.
Working in HR, recruitment, and compliance, Sadie is passionate about hiring good quality staff and ensuring good working practices and developments to provide the best possible service for those who need it.
She holds certificates in HR Management and UKAS Holistic management and is currently studying for a BSc (Honours) in Psychology and Counselling.
She loves spending her spare time with her two fur baby cats called Marco and Vincent, enjoys going to gigs and shows, but is equally happy and often found curled up on the sofa watching crime documentaries.
Tiphanie
Recruitment Coordinator
Tiphaine is a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator with a deep passion for the care industry. With a sharp eye for identifying talent and a genuine commitment to helping others, Tiphaine excels in finding the perfect match between candidates and opportunities. Their ability to connect with people and understand their unique strengths makes them an invaluable asset in the recruitment process.
Outside of work, Tiphaine’s love for music shines through as an avid Taylor Swift fan. Whether attending concerts or enjoying her music, this passion reflects the enthusiasm and energy Tiphaine brings to every aspect of life. Their appreciation for the arts extends beyond music, enriching their creative approach to problem-solving and talent acquisition.
Balancing work and personal life, Tiphaine cherishes spending quality time with friends and family. This focus on relationships, both in and out of the workplace, underscores their belief in the importance of connection and community. Whether coordinating recruitment efforts or enjoying moments with loved ones, Tiphaine’s dedication and positive spirit are evident in everything they do.
Julia
Finance Assistant
Julia has been part of the Bluebird Care team since 2023 where she joined to complete her placement year and ever since has worked hard to improve her knowledge of financial management during.
She shows a strong desire to learn new things and is quick to lend a helping hand to people in need. Julie particularly enjoys solving financial challenges and making sure everything runs smoothly.
Her commitment to learning new abilities guarantees that our clients get nothing less than the best service possible. A passion for travelling and attempting new things keeps Julie enthusiastic and driven at work and in her personal life.
Tammie
Operations Director
Tammie has worked in Health and Social Care for almost 30 years, during this time she have been fortunate enough to work with some great people allowing her to develop and grow both personally and professionally.
A real ‘homebird’, you will normally find her in the kitchen cooking or baking, then on the sofa watching TV and enjoying her baked delights with her family!
Tammie is a proud rugby mum and you will be able to spot her at games, shouting from the side-lines ‘DRIVE IT’.
She is also a proud Mum of her two four legged friends Molly and Rolo, aswell as a cheeky Guinea pig called Charlie. With 3 boys in the house, she also spends alot of time re-stocking the kitchen!
Tammie is extremely passionate about providing the best care provision possible and is pleased to be a ‘Bluebird as well as a ‘homebird’!
Gemma
Operations Manager
Gemma has worked in the health and social care for over 20 years. She enjoys working in the social care sector and is passionate about educating others in the brilliance and diversity of working in the care industry.
Over her years in the sector, she has been able to learn sign language, how to change PEGS and climbed mountains and abseiled with customers in a variety of countries.
Gemma has 2 indoor rabbits and spends most of her spare time stopping them from chewing her skirting boards. She also enjoys watching Disney films and musicals and will often break out into song (badly!) at random times.
Sue
Personal Assistant
Sue is at the heartbeat of our Bluebird Care Family
Her exceptionally strong administration background ensures she provides valuable support to the central team and helps free up time in order that our local teams can give a sustained focus to our customers and Care Assistants.
Sue is never without a smile and a caring hand to help anybody, whatever their needs.
Piya
Director
Piya has a wealth of experience within home care sector. Her aim is to continue providing a high quality service to our valued customers and Piya is focussed on looking after the welfare of her teams by supporting and guiding them strengthening the roots of our business and in turn our staff provide the best quality of care in home care sector.
