Field Care Supervisor: Margarita Georgieva
I started my career in the care sector as a Bluebird Care Assistant back in 2017, a few moths after I moved to the UK. Although it was supposed to be a temporary role I have found out helping other people is rewarding. This kept me interested in the care industry and made me take opportunities to improve my skills and extend my knowledge, so that I could deliver high quality care. I attended to all the trainings that Bluebird provided and obtained Diploma, Level 2 in Health Care (RQF). The last few years I was mainly involved in complex care packages. I supported people who needed tracheostomy care, PEG care, stoma care, catheter management, or Enema. I also have provided care to customers with learning disabilities, from mild to profound ones, Dementia and Autism. My aim is to continue with my personal development and go for the next level of Diploma in Health Care.
Service Delivery Officer: Sauda Dawaro
10 years. That is how long I have been working in care.
With a biomedical science degree in my bag, I however wanted a job that could give me a sense of gratification and that is when I decided to take a different path into healthcare.
From my humble beginnings as a carer and working my way up to now a proud service delivery officer, it has been a turbulent journey with constant challenges but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Here at Bluebird H&F, the main focus has always been to ensure our customers and employees get the maximum support and I am happy to say that even the pandemic has not changed this momentum.
