Julie and Angus McLellan embarked on their Bluebird Care journey when they opened their first office in North Tyneside in November 2012, seven years later they expanded to North Northumberland, stretching up to the Scottish border. In 2024, couple decided to expand further and opened their third and fourth branches in Sunderland and Durham (North).

Being the owners of Bluebird Care North Tyneside, North Northumberland, Sunderland and Durham North brings us so much joy. Our aim is always to use our combined extensive experience in delivering high quality customer care in order to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Bluebird Care North Tyneside provide quality, person-centric home care with visits starting at 15 minutes to provide extra support for their customers, no matter how big or small. Bluebird Care's team spend valuable time with each and every customer, as this may be the only person they see every day.
