Peter Slough - Managing Director / Owner
Peter’s first experience arranging care was filled with frustration and anxiety due to poor customer service and a lack of support. This inspired him to create a better way. Now, with over a decade of industry experience, he owns and manages three London-based Bluebird Care offices. Prior to embarking on his journey in care, Peter earned a law degree and worked for an NGO in New Delhi, advocating for policy changes to improve lives. This passion for transformative change is reflected in his leadership of Bluebird Care Oxford which is rated as a ‘Good’ service by the CQC. Peter’s mission is to empower clients to live well in the comfort of their home by creating the best in-home care and support. He prioritises delivering compassionate, professional care that he would trust for his own family, which is reflective in building his business largely through referrals and recommendations. With Bluebird franchise partner, Tim Rowland-Jones they now operate the largest multi branch franchise business within the Bluebird Care network, providing home care services across Southwest England, Oxfordshire and London.

Tim is dedicated to making a difference and ensures all carers receive advanced training, allowing them to specialise in areas such as dementia, post-op rehabilitation, Parkinson’s, and complex care.
