Israr founded Bluebird Care St Albans in 2010, driven by a deep personal passion for care. His journey into this field began when his mother suffered a stroke and needed dedicated care. This experience gave him first hand insight into the emotional and practical challenges families face when seeking the best care for their loved ones. Understanding these difficulties, Israr has poured his heart into building a team that shares his commitment to making a real difference in people’s lives. His goal is to provide compassionate, high-quality care that truly supports families during their most challenging times.

Gaynor (Registered Manager)

Gaynor joined Bluebird Care St Albans in October 2013, bringing with her over 15 years of experience in the domiciliary care industry. As a Level 5 Qualified Registered Manager, she has worked at all levels within the care sector giving her a real understanding of the business. Gaynor believes in treating all our customers as individuals to ensure they get exactly what they need. She reviews every care plan ensuring our customer’s needs are fully met. As Care Manager, she still enjoy providing hands-on care, which allows her to stay connected with the real needs of our customers and ensure they receive the highest quality of care possible.

Rachel joined the Bluebird Care family in January 2017, bringing with her a strong background in customer relationship management and a solid foundation in care. She believes in our “How can we help?” company ethos and ensures that all our staff receive the support and training they need to excel. Rachel is dedicated to fostering a team with a genuine passion for care, knowing that we are making a real difference in helping vulnerable people live happy, fulfilled lives in the comfort of their own homes.

Caroline joined the company in 2019, bringing with her an exceptional ability to empathize and improve any situation (her true superpower). Regardless of the circumstances, she always has a smile on her face and a bright outlook. Caroline supports all our customers and field teams. She liaises with health professionals and family members to ensure all needs are met, while efficiently managing any schedule, care plan, or service queries.
