Age Concern New Forest
Age Concern New Forest aim to provide a range of services that:
- Encourage older people to take part in suitable activities for the many fit and active older people in the area.
- Provide and encourage social contact and friendship for all older people.
- Help to plan the services that older people want and need. Aim to ensure that local Council and Heath Authority know what older people require.
- Encourage older people to become involved in supporting local projects.

Scope: Equality for disabled people
Scope’s online community is a supportive space where disabled people, their friends and families can chat to people with similar experiences. Once you’ve registered, you can join any discussion or start your own group. Discussion groups cover all sorts of topics, from sex and relationships to socialising.
The virtual coffee lounge is an informal space where you can chat about hobbies, sports, movies, cooking or anything else that interests you.

Diabetes UK Support group
The Hampshire Paediatric Diabetes Group is a friendly group that supports young people with Type 1 Diabetes and their families & carers in North and West Hampshire. We provide support, continuing education and networking events for the newly diagnosed and for approximately 150 young people with Type 1 diabetes (age 0-22) predominantly under the care of the consultant paediatricians, Dr.Hind,Dr. Priesemann and Dr. Williams and their paediatric teams.

Headway Southampton
Headway Southampton is a local charity based in Totton, that offers support, advice and rehabilitation services to adults with an acquired brain injury.
Their mission is to improve the lives and promote the independence of local brain injury survivors. To provide support and advice to their families, friends and carers and to raise awareness of the life changing effects of brain injury.

Totton Allotments and Gardens Association
Allotments Association is an active association for allotment gardeners in the Totton and surrounding area, with over 600 members on four sites.
An allotment plot is not all hard work. It is great for healthy exercise in the fresh air; a place to relax and unwind and a place to meet people with similar interests.

Totton and District Three Score Club
A members' club where the over-60s can meet for social & recreational activities, as well as occasional day trips and holidays. These activities are low key in nature so that all may enjoy them.
The Club is located in Totton between the Library and the Council Offices, next to the car park. Activities take place on weekdays, so if interested, drop in.

Totton Stroke Support Group
The Totton Stroke Support Group tries to help all our group members in many activities including social and communication support, outings, meals, games and quizzes, and musical events.
As a 'Time to Talk' group, they place a great deal of emphasis on getting people to talk, both in one-to-one situations, group discussions and personal presentations - which is not easy!
This group meets weekly, on Wednesdays from 1.30pm to 3.30pm.
