Simon Robinson
Along with Rebecca, Simon became the Director of Bluebird Care Trafford in September 2022. Simon's Bluebird Care achievements were establishing the Cheshire West and Flintshire franchise back in 2010 with the goal of providing high quality home care in peoples own homes. A CQC rating of Outstanding was achieved, demonstrating his ability to provide quality service. In Flintshire this was proven by being awarded the Top 20 Homecare Provider for Wales, for 4 consecutive years, starting back in 2019. Simon's background in customer service management for retailers and banks has driven his desire to ensure that we constantly meet the customers needs and expectations. He has a passion for care and has built his business on his cornerstones of the business which are: QUALITY, SERVICE, VALUE and TRUST. Simon is proud to work alongside the Bluebird Care Trafford team.

Rebecca Zartarian
Rebecca became Director of Bluebird Care Trafford in September 2022. Her Bluebird Care achievements include her Cheshire West franchise being awarded Outstanding by the CQC and being a Top 20 Provider in Wales for four consecutive years, starting in 2019, for the Flintshire franchise. Rebecca comes with lots of skills in management and leadership. She supports the growth of the business whilst also supporting the operational side too. Rebecca enjoys meeting the customers whilst conducting reviews out in the community. She is also keen in finding ways to engage with the local community and will be developing links which will be beneficial to both carers and customers. Rebecca is passionate about promoting career pathways linked to Health and Social Care and can quite often be found giving talks to local school and college pupils about opportunities available to them. Rebecca is the Registered Manager for England, ensuring all regulations are met for the Care Quality Commission.

Ann Kowalska
Ann Kowalska is the Financial Manager at Bluebird Care, overseeing the company’s financial operations with precision and expertise. With a strong background in finance, she ensures the smooth management of budgets, accounts, and financial planning. Ann’s attention to detail and strategic thinking help optimize resources and maintain financial health within the organisation. Her leadership in financial matters plays a key role in supporting Bluebird Care’s mission to deliver exceptional care services.

Brigita Celkyte
Brigita joined us in March 2025 as our Care Manager, she brings with her nearly four years of dedicated experience in care to the Trafford community. Her background as a Senior Care Assistant has equipped her with strong clinical and leadership skills, enabling her to lead and mentor a team of dedicated care assistants. Brigita’s passion for enriching the lives of others shines through her meticulous care planning and expertise in ensuring customers receive a premium service, safely in their own homes. She excels in providing compassionate support for vulnerable individuals, fostering a sense of trust and companionship. Brigita is committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred care. Her qualifications in Health and Social Care and Business Administration further enhance her ability to ensure operational efficiency and provide the highest quality service.

Natasha Andrews
We’re delighted to welcome Natasha to the management team at Bluebird Care Trafford as a Senior Carer. She began her journey with us in November 2022 as a care assistant and has shown outstanding dedication and passion for her role ever since. Her commitment to providing high-quality care and her strong knowledge of the social care sector have made her a valued team member. During her recent appraisal, she expressed a clear enthusiasm for progressing in her career and learning more about the operational side of care. This new role marks an exciting step forward as she begins her journey within the management team. She is especially eager to gain a deeper understanding of how care is coordinated from the office and how she can contribute to service excellence from a leadership perspective. She is also looking forward to completing her qualifications and continuing to grow in her new role.
